This contact form is for Critical Events involving a TASER Weapon or TASER related emergencies ONLY involving an injury or death, weapon malfunction or controversial incident. This is not a general support form*.
Once submitted (law enforcement only), you will be contacted as soon as possible by a TASER representative. For submissions between 6 pm and 6 am Mountain Standard Time, lead time may be up to 3 hours.
